 I have a strong passion for helping my clients to achieve their best health and life, so they can look and feel their best. I strive to customize individual fitness programs according to unique needs, goals, fitness levels, and limitations. I incorporate a variety of training techniques to make each session challenging, interesting, safe, and fun.  As your dedicated personal trainer, I consistently provide the motivation, knowledge, and support necessary to overcome hurdles, achieve goals, and keep you on track. 


Short on time?  I can come to you, and bring all necessary equipment. I travel to  San Clemente, Capistrano Beach, Dana Point, and surrounding areas.

Knowledgeable Training Expertise


For the last 26 years, I’ve enjoyed running my personal training business, which  began by managing a back and neck rehabilitation center for an orthopedist.

I trained and graduated from the University of San Diego, and also completed a spinal rehabilitation program at the University of Florida.  I am a certified personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise, and also TRX and Johnny G.  Several clients have been with me for over 20 years. I do my best to make a positive difference in each of my client’s lives, including their physical health, fitness, confidence level and attitude. 


Workouts may include strength, flexibility, cardiovascular, conditioning, agility, rehabilitative, corrective, and functional exercises (focuses on movements necessary in everyday life, and proper body mechanics), TRX (suspension and rip training), tabata, HIIT (high intensity interval training), plyometric, boot camp, boxing, and sports specific training, yoga, and mat pilates, in addition to traditional training, depending on the individual's needs. I offer nutrition, weight loss, weight management, heath coaching, postural alignment, neck and back stabilization and conditioning, balance, injury prevention, and pre/post natal. I work with all fitness levels and all ages, from youth to older adult.  Work out in your home or office, or a nearby park, beach, or private gym in San Clemente, Dana Point, Capistrano Beach, or surrounding areas.

I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle. My approach will help you incorporate fitness into your lifestyle. My goal is to provide a successful, enjoyable and longterm experience.
